OSGF
Breeds of Chicken: New Hampshire, Black Copper Maran, Dominique, Americana, Welsummer, Cub Run Crele and Shenandoah
Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks (or until expiration date).
Our pasture-raised laying flock produces eggs of all different colors, including cream, tan, chocolate, blue and olive! Eggs can be scrambled, fried, boiled, cooked and baked into dishes and even eaten raw! Plus, eggs can be added to almost anything– try topping rice and pasta dishes with a fried egg. Quiches are a wonderful way to use both farm fresh eggs and vegetables and can be a great way to use up produce that is past prime. Quiches can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner and use simple, flexible ingredients: pie crust, eggs, milk or cream, vegetables and any type of cheese (if desired).
